This is a demonstration privacy placeholder. It is not legal advice and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. A real business must replace it before collecting customer information.

The estimate form asks for a name, email, phone, property address or service location, type of roofing work, a description, a preferred contact method, and consent. Photographs are optional. Accepted photographs are stored outside the public media library, with random file names, and the folder is marked so it is not meant to be browsed.

The form uses a hidden field, a short wait, a daily expiry, a nonce, and a limit of five submissions an hour from one network address. Messages are held on the website unless a site owner later turns on WordPress mail. A mail function accepting a message is not proof that the message arrived.
